Yes as in Joseph Stalin, former leader of the U.S.S.R. and yes Martians as in little green men from outer space. I don't know what is more disturbing, the fact that someone came up with the idea of a techno dancing Stalin commanding his forces to dance against an invading Martian force or the fact that our American educational system sucks so much I never heard about the conflict.
