Personally I think Final Fantasy XIII:Versus looks better. Also it has been said the combat is going to feel more like Kingdom Hearts where as Final Fantasy XIII will be completely different. Versus in that way is more appealing to me, although I don't believe there is any actual gameplay in either of these trailers I'm sure Final Fantasy fans will enjoy.
